I visited Rangoli twice, firstly more than a year ago and had superb experience, similar to yours and my favorite dish was pasta as well, but then I visited during these Ramadan and had a really bad experience. The food quality was below par and most of the dishes tasted like those offered by the mauhalla hotels. Even sadly, the custom made pasta dish was no longer offered and the whole obscured area of sajjis, pasta was made into the ever growing seating area. You can see people everywhere and very few dishes. I think I counted around 22-25 dishes.
In the dessert only the chocolate cake was enjoyable and the rest (even including the Gulab Jamun) were pathetic.
I couldn't believe that the same place could have drastic food quality/quantity differences and was utterly disappointed on my second visit.

Such people should be reported to the consumer courts, all you have to go is file a case and the consumer court will take care of the rest, it wont cost the person filing the complaint a single paisa.

Quite a good review thanks!! i have tried their chicken wings apparently they are more spicy then those offered at Pizza Hut.

I totally agree they are a bit stingy on the toppings and they should put a butter scotch paper at the bottom of the box or some plastic so that the pizza does not stick at the bottom.
